Who we are

Delta Real Estate is owned by Ozgur Karaca who has lived in Dalyan since 1980. Ozgur has been in the property business in the region since 1993. Having lived in the UK for 5 years Ozgur returned to Dalyan to manage a branch of an English Real Estate company. Ozgur’s in-depth local knowledge and property experience enables Delta Real Estate to offer focused, impartial advice.

What we do

Our property services include both Commercial and Residential property sales and investment and covers Dalyan and surrounding areas including: Koycegiz, Ortaca, Dalaman and Sarigerme. Delta Real Estate has an in-depth knowledge of residential property markets and can provide help and advice on a wide range of projects including investment in residential property, property development, residential lettings and financial advice. Our staff are well-trained, exprienced and are always friendly and helpful. Delta Real Estate is a Member of The National Association of Ortaca Estate Agents.
